These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sketchflow application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple devices as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. You may not distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
Your artwork, drawings, brushes, color palettes, and project files are stored locally on your device by default.
To maintain app quality, stability, and feature planning, the App may collect limited analytics and device information through third-party SDK services. We do not use this information to identify you personally or to sell your data.
For full details on what information is processed and how it is used, please review our Privacy Policy.
The App offers optional paid products, including monthly subscription, yearly subscription, and lifetime purchase. These purchases are provided through Apple In-App Purchase and are processed by Apple.
We do not receive or store your full payment credentials (such as your credit card number or Apple ID password). Billing, refunds, and transaction records are handled by Apple according to Apple Media Services Terms and App Store policies.
Subscription products may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings on your device.
Prices, trial availability, and product offerings may vary by region and may change in accordance with App Store rules.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian.
These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
