This Privacy Policy describes how Laitu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the Sketchflow application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User-Created Content

All artwork, drawings, brushes, color palettes, and project files you create within the App are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, access, or store your creative content on any server.

1.2 Subscription and Purchase Information

The App offers optional in-app purchases (monthly subscription, yearly subscription, and lifetime purchase) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. All transaction processing is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy.

1.3 Analytics and Device Information

To improve app performance, stability, and user experience, we use the Umeng Analytics SDK, a third-party analytics service provided by Umeng (a subsidiary of Alibaba Group). This SDK may automatically collect the following types of device information:

• Device identifiers: IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), IDFV (Identifier for Vendors), OpenUDID
• Device information: device model, operating system version, screen resolution, device name, language settings
• Network information: IP address, network type (Wi-Fi, cellular), carrier information
• App usage data: app launch events, session duration, app version, crash logs, and performance metrics

This data is collected in an anonymized or pseudonymized form and is used solely for statistical analysis and app improvement purposes. It is not used for advertising, user profiling, or tracking across other apps.

1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or other personal contact information (unless you voluntarily contact us)
• Your location data (GPS coordinates)
• Photos, contacts, calendars, or other data from your device
• Any content you create within the App

2. Third-Party SDKs

The App integrates the following third-party SDK to provide analytics services:

• Statistical analysis: Generating aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics (e.g., total number of active users, most-used features)

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Third-party analytics provider: Anonymized device and usage data is shared with Umeng for the analytics purposes described above. Umeng processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Apple: Subscription and purchase information is processed by Apple through the App Store.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your creative content is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. Analytics data collected by the Umeng SDK is transmitted to and stored on Umeng's servers using industry-standard encryption. We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained by our third-party analytics provider for a reasonable period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Aggregated, non-identifiable statistical data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Opt Out of Analytics

You can limit the collection of analytics data by:

• Enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (or "Ask App Not to Track") in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking
• Resetting your Advertising Identifier in your device's Settings

7.2 Access and Deletion

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information that is linked to your identity, there is generally no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you have any concerns, please contact us using the information below.

7.3 Uninstall

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App. All locally stored content will be removed when the App is uninstalled.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. International Data Transfers

Analytics data collected by the Umeng SDK may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
