Getting Started with SeePaint
SeePaint is a professional digital painting app for iOS and Android. This guide covers download, first canvas, layers, and export in under five minutes.
1. Download SeePaint
iOS: App Store
Android: Google Play
2. Create your first canvas
Tap New Project, pick a preset size or custom dimensions, and choose a background color. Start with a smaller canvas if you are testing brushes on phone.
3. Brushes and pressure
Select a brush from the library. With Apple Pencil or S Pen, pressure controls line weight and opacity. Explore pencil, marker, and texture brushes for different styles.
4. Use layers
Add layers for sketch, line art, and color. Adjust opacity and blend modes. This keeps your workflow flexible — the same approach used in Procreate and desktop apps.
5. Rulers and guides
SeePaint includes straight, triangle, and circle rulers for precise geometry — a feature Procreate does not have. Open ruler tools from the toolbar when drawing technical or architectural sketches.
6. Export and share
Use the export menu for PNG, JPG, or PDF. Record timelapse to share your process on social media.
